revamping the site layout!! im far from done rn but this is good enough to go public

added a few things, mostly just fixed my code in some places!!fixing the qifrey page!! FINALLY
its still under construction though, as of writing this
if i did everything right, this should be added to neocities without me having to struggle with the site :D im trying out deploying to neocities
fixed my code a little, changed the main font, new gifypet, added more design things
index is centered properly now i think
fixed some layout things!!
- cleaned up some code and changed how the navigation works (if its not showing up for you it might be a javascript issue)
- snow on all pages!! (javascript needed)
- the dog has a christmas outfit now :3

minnowpond v2 is up!! i fixed some of the issues with my old layout and added some new stuff!! there are still some unfinished sites as well as tweaks i will finish in the upcomming days :D i worked really hard and i think it payed off i hope u guys like it ^^
